Migraine Headaches SUCK
 

I am on day 2 of a terrible migraine headache. It really sucks! I am not looking for sympathy just venting........

Missy, you have not recently eaten a lot of chocolate have you?

Missy, try this for a migraine......
Take an ordinary clothspin, pin it on your left hand inbetween your pink and your wrist on the fleshy part, as tight as you can get it. Walk around like that for awhile, it should help, It is how i deal with them.
If that doesn't work you can put your feet in as hot of water as you can stand, while putting some freezing cold around your neck. This helps as well.

Geez, you poor girl...you've got all the same problems I've got!

Just yesterday I started ******** for nasty migraines, which I've had A LOT over the past year. And many other people have them, too. Do an internet search for "migraine"...Google returns 570,000 links.

The Michigan Head Pain & Neurological Institute is a great resource for information on migraine headches, and other types as well.

Turn off bright lights and loud sounds. Try to level-out your blood sugar, avoid stress and make sure you're on a good sleep cycle. Hope you feel better!

It's a mix of caffeine, ergot and phenobarbitol:eek: ..

Cafergot was very helpful but it's no more allowed in Austria .. but you can take Dihydergot and a good cup of strong coffee :)
