Playing ZIPPED Files...
This question may have been answered in the past, but I will ask anyway.
Is there anyway of getting Winamp to play a Zipped File (*.zip) without having to actually uncompress it seperatley first?? Why I hear you ask, well the answer is simple... I run a karaoke and am sick and tired of carrying around hundreds of discs, so I have extracted them to MP3+G format. While the MP3 file is a small enough file the graphics part is rather large.. But when compressed I get up 5% saving on the MP3 and over 75% on the graphics, hence why I want to zip the files.. So can anyone help me just add a zip file into the winamp playlist and have it play.....? Thanx in advance for any help, anyone can give. |
why don't you compress the image? png, jpeg, gif, ...

Unfortunatly, the graphics file is not a image.
It contains all the lyrics and when and where they should be displayed. Nice thought tho.. if only it was that simple. |
