The Shamen - Move Any Mountain

Raz 3rd December 2003 18:34

Tis one of those old songs from when ozzy was... good. Anyway the solos involved were quite substantial for my liking but you're entitled to your opinion so... moving swiftly on.

Tom Petty - Free Falling

Spazz333 4th December 2003 06:19

Mmmmm... I love that song
8/10

It really ain't a doom/death metal actually. More of a rock with slight got overtones.

Toadies - Possum Kingdom

Cylob 4th December 2003 06:29

What about the Paradise Lost vocals? Do they at any point erupt into throat-blistered yelling?

Toadies - that's 2 bands in a row I haven't heard of. I suppose grunge has its merits.....

Cylob 5th December 2003 05:52

Nein!!!! The lyrics to Wham! Rap are very intelligent, the music is sound. 10/10 material, definitely.:)

I haven't heard any Jethro Tull, but I hear he invented some great farmyard machinery in the 19th Century. So....

Silverchair - After All These Years

Cylob 5th December 2003 06:54

 7/10
I have Frogstomp, and I wasn't impressed. The vocals lack range for one..... Silverchair seem to be very popular for some reason.

The Smiths - What Difference Does It Make?

sidd 5th December 2003 06:56

edit - kulled

GARHHHHHHHHH!!
EVERYONE IS TOO QUICK FOR ME!

taylormemer 5th December 2003 06:59

Diorama is alot better than Frogstomp, you might like Diorama I think.

The Smiths are good. 9/10:up:

Tool - Aenima

sidd 5th December 2003 07:01

btw, cylob.. silverchair have changed sooooooo much over the years. frogstomp and diorama arnt even the same band. You have to accnowledge that they were 15-16 year old media-puppies when frogstomp came out.

I think you would probably like diorama, it seems like your sort of thing.. ish.. lots of vocal range, lots of bowie-esque over-the-top-ness.

taylormemer 5th December 2003 07:05

Yer Im with Sidd, go for Diorama, good quality Silverchair.
