So Winamp skipped... but
I used Windows Media Player and all the streams played perfectly! Is there any way to have a "Now Playing" script compatible with Windows Media Player, or is it just that my computer doesn't like the Winamp program?
Do you want a now-playing script that takes the data from your WMP and puts it on your site?
That's not the problem. The problem is that, as far as I know, Windows Media player has no built-in support for decoding 'Now Playing' data from the streaming media. Therefore, I have no idea what I'm listening to.

I don't think Windows Media Player supports the Shoutcast Meta Data, you need to stream from a Windows Media Server for WMP to list the song data.
That being the case, can anyone give me a javascript function that searches for text in a web page source? Since the browser access of the address gives you that information, I can easily search for the Now Playing text location and compile that on a web page for reference. Anyone?
