Media Library file info - page cannot be displayed

i don't even know exactly what this box is for in the first place, but i'm sure its something i want.

Anyway, in the media library, at the bottom in the file info box, instead of having anything it has the old IE "page cannot be displayed" stuff.

anyone know what the deal is?

To use the File Info feature:
1. You need to be connected to the internet
2. The correct Connection Type needs to be selected in:
Winamp -> Prefs -> General Preferences (included any proxy details, if relevant)
3. Your firewall needs configuring to allow Winamp access to the internet.

If all these conditions apply,
then there is no reason for seeing "page cannot be displayed".
