As long as ANY Winamp "window" is active (highlighted), CTRL+P (preferences) will work. If something else is active (another Windows program "window"), it will not work. There are other CTRL+ [hotkey] combos that are "window-specific". Example: CTRL+S (save playlist) will only work if the Playlist window is active (highlighted). The same holds true for any other "window-specific" CTRL+ [hotkey] combo.
Are you saying that NONE of these CTRL+ [hotkey] combos work? CTRL+P (preferences) doesn't work either? Are the proper Winamp window/windows active when applying the CTRL+ [hotkey] combos?
