*How do I stop the fade of a song when I click stop*

Whenever I stop a song or skip to another one...the song takes about a sec or two to fade..how do I get it so it will fade out instantly?

I am using

Winamp 5
and crossfader by squaresomething....it will still take a while to fade out even though I remove the plugin.

If possible I would like to keep the plugin and have this problem corrected. It worked perfect with winamp 2

Thanks

No idea about the 3rd-party SqrSoft ACF plugin,
but in the default Winamp plugin the equivalent setting would be:

Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> Plugins -> Output -> DirectSound -> config -> Fading tab

Disable "on pause/stop"

So look for something like that in the SqrSoft plugin config
