Time for Approvals?
 

Hey all. I submitted a skin for approval before Christmas and it is still "unpublished", waiting for review.

Has anyone else experienced a time lag recently?

Yes, skin publishing and reviewing by Nullsoft people is offline until further notice due to the database not being "quite right" and "not working so good" after the site upgrade.

It'll be back when it's back.

Any update on approving submitted skins? Skins that I submitted are no longer listed in my Profile as "Unpublished". Do I need to resubmit them?

Are they listed as published in your profile?

If not, then you probably need to resubmit, the database lunched a bunch of skins a few weeks ago, including published and unpublished ones.

There is also still no definate date for reviewing to resume.

It "lunched" them? New word for the day. In other words they've been eaten, eh?

Yeah, if they don't show in your published area, then they got eaten.

Basically you should have...

PUBLISHED
Skin name
skine name2
skin name 3
.
.
.
.
UNPUBLISHED
skin
skin
.
.
etc etc, if they are not there, then sorry they got lost, happens to us all, I had one published skin vanish for no good reason.

There is limited reviewing going on, mainly to test the new system, but it's still some time of being "ready to use" on a day to day basis.

Unfeasibly large.

Nah, won't be that bad, loads have been wiped right from the database so wouldn't worry about it :D

Another reason your skin might not be in your list anymore could be it was not complete and was deleted from the review queue (and database).
