Multiple Plugins?

1st Post...
Alright, I use SHOUTcast, a DSP/Effect plugin. I also want to be able to use another DSP/Effect Plugin at the same time. Is this possible and how can I do it.:weird:

This isn't about shoutcast, only plugins.
