how to disable winampa.exe process

Hello ...

Where is an option (or how to disable) winampa.exe process known as "Winamp agent" after choosing to "to use it" during install procedure ??

Winamp 5 -> Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> File Types
Uncheck all 3 options under Winamp Agent

I trully appologise, I was really stupid, to not noticed so clearly placed Winamp Agent enable/disable option ...
