remove duplicates from ML

i have 2 or more items in ML that points to exactly the same file. I cant remove all such records automatically. :(

I had the same problem a month ago. Redundant entries weren't getting removed by rescanning the library. Dead files weren't being removed either. I had to uninstall/reinstall Winamp to get it to go away.
