graphical skin problem

im using the MMD3.wal skin, ive used it for a long time. But on my XP pro machine when I right click on winamp the option window opens like this:

http://www.home00.eclipse.co.uk/winamp/winamp2.jpg

which is a bit odd to say the least o.O
I am using winamp version 3

Sorry if this has come up before, I tried searching but I could narrow it down much
