How can I Alter Winamp 5’s Stream Buffer Rate?

I was wondering if there was a way to alter how much of a video or audio stream can be buffered. Thanks in advance for any help!

Audio: Preferences > Plug-ins > Input > Select "Nullsoft MPEG Decoder..." Hit Configure > Streaming Tab

Video: Preferences > Plug-ins > Input > Select "Nullsoft NSV Decoder..." Hit Configure
