Winamp Playlist (plz read, important)

ok so i have been getting songs by just downloading them one by one & it is sooo time consuming & annoying but then today i heard that you can download a winamp playlist that's already, like, made so i was just wondering if someone could walk me through the steps on how to find a playlist & install it on my winamp. thx!

No, you cannot. A playlist is basically just a text file that points to files at a certain location. They do not contain music at all.

I don't think that is possible. Winamp playlists are just an index of files and don't contain any media files. What you may have heard about is "Winamp Generated Playlist". It's a play list in HTML format and just shows the contents of a playlist without any links.

For a example, press Ctrl+Alt+G while Winamp playlist editor is in focus. A playlist will pop-up in your internet browser. It is a way of printing your playlist. Some people like to publish their playlists on their internet page as a way saying "This is what I like to listen to.".

[edit]Whoops, Reaper got there before me. :p [/edit]
