Paid money for Winamp 5, not able to D/L
 

I shelled out actual cash (via credit card) for Winamp 5, but after it took my money, the next page gave me an error message, and no downloading.

I got a confirmation email. I clicked on the link, typed in my order number and password, and it took me to a page which said click on the title of your software below. But nothing was clickable.

Then I wrote a note to Winamp support and got no reply: it's been 24 hours now.

What was the error message?
Have you got your Registration Code yet?

If yes, then download Winamp 5.01 Full here and enter your Reg Key in:
Prefs (Ctrl+P) > Winamp Pro

If not, enter your order number & password here and you should get a fairly instant response.

I have been using Winamp 5.01 to play radio successfully.

I have now entered in the Registration Key and my name under preferences as you suggested, and there was some kind of message saying that Winamp Pro features enabled.
