Files not showing up in ML
 

Ok I've spent 2 days looking for the answer HELP
My files are not showing up in the ML
I've added the Folders where the files are and Rescaned dozen of times but only files that I've queded up out of Explorere are showing up. None of the other files will show up HELP. please put and end to this madness THANKS.

Hmm. Strange.
What file format are these files?
MP3, WAV, OGG, WMA, MP4/M4A, MIDI, MOD, other?

What kind of dir structure is it? Can you give us an example?
eg. C:\My Music\MP3

So, you click the Library button, select "Add media to library",
select your music folder,
click Ok...
but nothing happens?
ie. no items appear under the Local Media view?
(not even the filenames)

Are the files properly tagged?


Also provide the following information:
Windows OS
Winamp version
A list of any extra 3rd-party Winamp plugins you've installed (if any).
Whether this was a clean installation, or if you installed on top of an old version.

The format of these files are MP3 , but there are other files in the folder

Thefolders are F:\my Shared foler and F:\to Burn

Win xp Pro sp1
Winamp 5.02 bundle pack
No 3rd-party plugins
Clean install

Had win amp 5.01 a week or so everything worked fine took that out and put in 5.02 now nothing
Just the files I've played from the folder itself

Tried another clean install
That did the trick
