shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer .....)

I am using Windows 98 and it is occuring the message of error from shoutcast...Cannot see your station/computer.
I have already disabled my firewall and the problem persists. What should I do?

I would suggest going into your router settings and forwarding port 8000 through 8001 to your local IP. What type of router are you using? What's your setup?

Thats whats happening to me, but im not running through a router, do i have to be?

yp.shoutcast.com touched!

Changing the port to 8001 the conexion has been done and appears the message yp.shoutcast.com touched!.....it means that my radio is "ON AIR" ???
