I just wanted to say thanks to all the people working here at Winamp.

Today, I opened up winamp and tried to play some internet radio stations on shoutcast. Nothing was connecting, so I surfed and found this forum to see if I could find out some information.

What I found was alot users complaining and whining about their grief and not "being informed" about what is going on.

I know that snafus happen, and from what I gather, alot of the Mods and people helping here are volunteers, and it seemed really inconsiderate and unappreciative of the users to come here and make all sorts of demands from you folks and the free service that you're providing.

I know that people like these want everything for nothing. Something small like this, and they think the sky is falling and they point fingers at everyone casting blame.

They really should go elsewhere if they are not happy here.

I know you guys are troubleshooting the problem as best you can, and I just wanted to say thanks.

For every inconsiderate idiot that blows up on you, I just wanted to say that i'm sure there're thousands more of us who really appreciate what you guys do, and although we don't post or say much, we are really thankful for you and what you provide.
