Cannot connect to streams
 

I cannot connect to any stream.
I have the latest version of winamp.
It doesn't work with the media library and it doesn't work via the site either. when i try to tune in it gives me a little box saying: "Reading HTTP Response".
After a few seconds the box dissapears and winamp goes back to nothing.

one week ago it all worked fine but now...

P.S. i think its ste fact that winamp can not write to disk.
but i still don't know how to resolve the problem

Man I'm havin the same exact problem too so I was dissapointed to find out that this thread has no reply. :mad: Its been like 4 days now and I miss my planetsoul!!

I believe it's because YP is having severe troubles. If YP is broken, heed Fester's advice.

OK, I went to this link and the only advice I found is advice about making coffee and some esoteric lingo involving clustering and a bunch of URLs of radio stations. I don't even know what clustering is! For that matter I don't know what YP is either. :( Could someone please translate Fester's advice into something the lay man could understand? Or is Fester's advice simply to wait for YP to be fixed? If so, how long will it take? A few hours or a few weeks? Thanks!

It means just to be patient. There's no telling when YP will be fixed.
