getting timed out message
 

I get "timed out" message when I try to listen to radios on the net, including those recommended by "winamp.com" site.
I can however listen to some radios, but only a few (e.g. trance channel on digitally imported)and even then not all the links are working.
Can you help me to solve this problem?
Is it connected to some settings or to firewalls.
