Winamp Skipping

Playing off Shoutcast I get a skipping, but playing local mp3;s is fine.

I am behind a corporate firewall... not sure if thats it.

I checked the preferences, and the "hardware acceleration" box is grayed out. So cannot check it....

Any other suggestions?

Not sure. Some system specs might help?

Tried increasing buffer values in:
Prefs > Plugins > Input > MPEG Audio Decoder > config > Streaming tab?
