Shortcut to webpage

Hello All,

Can anyone help me with an example of creating an shortcut which brings up a webpage?

in explorer: right click > new > shortcut
put a full URL in instead of a file path. note that URLs include protocol names, ie, http://www.google.com, not www.google.com
