we can all see how long each of us has been here, but how long will we stay?

how long do you plan on continuing to visit these forums?

I plan to be here forever. If they close the forums, I will beg them to let me host them (by moving all of the old files over) or else just create a forum for everyone who wants to move.
If they don't close the forums, I'll be here until I die.

I have been here for over a year now and I don't think that I will ever really leave, I might take a few months breaks to get my mind off things when the posting becomes too excessive but I will never be gone for good - except when there will be, as Raz said, no interesting people at all, in case you all left and the forum will be crowded with 12 year olds only using chatspeak :igor: Apart from that I will wait and see what will happen later on.

Since it's easy to keep in touch with your friends from the forums, it wouldn't matter to me if they erased GD from existance and left this place as a 'tech support only' forum.

The forums just seem insignificant to me. They're a way to kill some time while I'm at the PC.
