having trouble playing music -_-;;;
 

hey, im having trouble with win amp. i will click on a song to play in my playlist, then ... it... will play another song, when i click to play one song, it jumps to and plays another. any comments/answers would be appreciated.

Sounds like a bad playlist. Move or delete any songs recently? Move the playlist?

Playlist don't actually contain any songs. Playlists are just a list of pointers to a song somewhere. If those songs are moved, renamed or deleted then the pointer is no longer valid. Winamp cannot find the song at the location so it is skipped.

First off, you want to remove all the dead links in your playlist. In the Playlist Editor select the Remove button then the "Remove..." ("REM MISC" in the classic skin) option and then "Remove missing files from playlist"

Then find the tracks on your hard drive and add them to the playlist again.
