When my friend Kassie was into the Sailor Moon series, she frequently showed me her drawings. They were really great. I had this weird attraction for Jupiter. :p

bingo! My sister got me into the series. Since it came to america my sister and her friend constantly tried to convert me into a moonie. It worked, too well. I am now a bigger expert than my sister.

Jupiter has some...moments in the series.

Well on topic, I use to watch Sailor Moon 3 years ago, but after a while, the whole sentai concept of the show made me turn towards anime like Kenshin and Ninja Scroll.

I wish I had a witty reply, but all this talk about cartoons getting people off, especially the goat part, it just makes me go :igor:

I remember being a little girl and watching Sailor Moon every once in a while.

I never really enjoyed it. I did watch the Japanese uncut versions, and those were slightly more bearable. The uncut is for audiences 14-18, approx, and the watered down American cut one is for about... 7-10. Approx.

Sad.

I did like Luna and Artemis, and Sailor Venus and Mars.
Sailor Venus because Libra/Venus thingie, she had a cat and I love cats, and she kinda looked like me at the time, what with the long blonde hair.

Mars I liked because of her "stfu" attitude and her fire spells. Me love fire.

Might draw Luna and Artemis, but in a less... "I'm going to draw these cats 400 billion times to animate so I want them as simple as possible" kind of way.

I'm in no way a "Moonie," I'm not an expert on the show, nor do I pretend to be. I think Tuxedo Mask/Darien is a dick.

I only ever watched the first season in Japanese, unedited.
After, when she got the kid, from the future, who was hers, but wasn't, just got too fucked up for me.

And I couldn't stand her voice in English. Rini. Or something.
Rini co-hosts this YTV channel based in Toronto, and I practically scream every time I flip past that channel and she's on.

I don't watch YTV anymore, since it's... Well, YTV. Boy Meets World, Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblades and Megaman, and various other assorted shit choppy animated shows is all they seem to play these days.
