voting mp3

does anyone know of a program, or plug-in for winamp (presumably not listed here, because i've searched) that allows people to vote for songs, probably at a party?
i was looking at
http://tunez.sourceforge.net/
but it's for linux.
Just wondered if anyone knew of anything similar.

I don't know of any programs or plugins that work exactly like the Linux one you posted, but Winamp's Media Library has a song rating function... but I don't think that'll be much use for what you need.

At my functions, guests generally vote for their favourite songs by:

Buying me a drink; or
Bludgeoning me into submission.

No software involved.

i'm not sure how it would work either, but that's why i was wondering if any existed for windows, so i could give it a go.
