I dunno, but I find this kinda stupid...Sure, she's 15, and that's a bit young...But why would you charge the girl? It's not like it was from an old guy sharing his perverted and nasty collection of kiddie pr0n...She distributed the pictures of her herself...What's wrong with that?

Well, other than the reciever of the pictures could have been an old guy that was gonna add them to his "collection"...So maybe this is stupid after all... :weird:

As a minor, she won't be charged, and if it prevents her from doing it again, then personally I agree wholeheartedly with this.

If that girl really wants to show herself "naked" and "performing a variety of sexual acts", she only has three more years to wait until she can get into the porn business legally. Kids are just impatient and spoiled today ;)

personally I agree as well, she needs to be more responsible for her actions.

If it went ona ny kind of permant record, it could ruin her life...

Because all porn stars are terrible people who no one would ever want to speak with, let alone have a meaningful relationship with, right? Or maybe she'll go to apply for college and they'll be all like "WOah, girl, you showed nekkid pictures of yourself on the internet?!?! No degree for you!" :p

I dont think she should be charged for child porn since she is the one who sent them out. But I do agree that something should happen so she doesn't do it again.
