trimming MP3s and broadcasting Video on winamp
 
i was hoping someone could help me find a plugin or program(free is prefered) to use for trimming the start and end of some remixes maded by some friends. I tried MP3 Remix but i dont think that does that or atleast not that i saw in the free version (correct me if im wrong and ill look again). i dont need to add anything just trim the start and end points. any sudgestions ?


on another topic can you pint me in the direction to find information on broadcasting video over winamp? i know and currently use shoutcast for audio but i dont know what is used for the video streams. any help is apprieciated. thanks much:)

for trimming mp3's i use Mp3/Tag Studio
http://www.magnusbrading.com/mp3ts
(screenshots available as well, it's shareware)

activate file toolset in up right corner
works fine: just set (m)secs to cut of and off you go!

i can't help you on shoutcasting stuff, don't know anything about it
