Which encoding to save translation files under?
 

I am using the recommendation at

to create language files I can send to translators.

What encoding should the files be saved under? translators will be working with Cyrillic, Thai & Arabic alphabets?

I request UTF-8 for program translation files but I dont think this will fly with NSIS. I am not too familiar with encodings & codepages.
