I had it a while back and now I can't see to find the bugger.

Most skinner.exe skins are usually named literally after whatever is in the background. If it isn't a known character, then probably the artist.

It's a skinner.exe, which means that it was made by using a no-brainer mass-production-style program. Most of those skins were taken off the winamp.com database, so your chances of finding it are slim, even if you find out its name.

If you have a screenshot, why dont you just download skinner.exe and make the skin yourself, or someone in the forums could even do it for you, if you dont know how.
