Live Digital Clock

Does anyone know how to add a live digital clock to my prerecorded stream like The TowerBlocks?

Ps thanks to everyone for previous help my server is up and running and ready to broadcast!

his thing has a 'clock' subtitle.

Only problem is KXRM's thing doesnt work with a lot of bitrates. You'll be lucky if it works with yours.
