How do you delete a skin?
 

I've downloaded a few skins that I am dissatified with, and I have my WinAmp set on "random skin" every time a new song is played. However, I don't want to have certain skins displayed and I don't want to have to change it every single time. So, is there a way to delete a skin?

Hit alt-s to go to the skin chooser, click on the skin you want to delete, and hit "uninstall skin". Or, you could go to the folder called skins in the winamp directory and delete them manually.

You can also right click and delete the skin without choosing it first.

Since winamp doesnt want me to delete the winamp modern skin in the skin chooser, would something bad happen if i deleted it from the skin folder? I dont like it coming on when I have random skins picked, just not a modern skin fan.

nope, it just won't appear in your skin list any longer
