i cant find it here ...it was for the old winamp... :)

You may or may not be interested in a program called Sysmetrix. It can use all sorts of different skins. Many of the skins are just the sort of long and thin shape that you show, and can be made to reserve screen space for themselves just like the taskbar does. They can show all sorts of information about your computer (time, date, RAM free, CPU used, etc. etc. etc. etc.). They also can control winamp and have most of the basic winamp info and controls on them.
