Whoa, you use a LOT of useless code in here... Did anyone tell you that var is just any variable like t, x1 and stuff?
Using a setlinewidth AFTER all your render objects won't help much either...

uhhh.....nice presets if they're your first's. check out the tutorials, especially atero's primer(search the forums for it).
