Favorite frontman

No, you don't necessarily have to base a frontman who you like on their singing talents...

Who are your favorite frontman, for what they do, such as on-stage antics or appearance or whatever?

Here are some of my favorites that come to mind, in no particular order...

•David Lee Roth (Van Halen)
•Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne)
•Alice Cooper
•Bon Scott (AC/DC)
•Freddie Mercury (Queen)

Jon Bon Jovi (i wonder what band he's from :p)

MidnightViper88 19th June 2004 17:07

His prissy looks sure are sexy... :p

Never make fun of Jon in front of Jim, he'll kick your ass in a heartbeat :D

When No Doubt first debuted, Gwen Stefani was pretty awesome. She had a great funky vibe.

David Lee Roth was great when I saw Da Van Halens in 78 but he pushes it too far sometimes.

Quote:

David Lee Roth picking up a bra someone had thrown on stage:
"This is too big to be Valerie's!"

The Eric Clapton concert was really, really great the other night!

Wish I could have brought my camera. The tix said I couldn't, but they didn't even check. Bummer.

Went to a Kid Rock concert two times, and he sure knows how to fire up a crowd...

There was this one time where Kid Rock would kneel down in different places of the stage, someone would put his white mink coat on his back, and he would jump up throwing the coat off his back...

Ok... :p

As much as an asshole as Axl Rose was, he was quite the show on-stage... :D

ElChevelle 25th June 2004 02:58

When he decides to go through with the show.
He walked off the stage 2 songs in at Mile High Stadium:rolleyes:

One of my teachers has a clip of Metallica back when they still had Dave Mustaine as the singer/rhythm guitarist...The clip shows them at concert, and Dave out of nowhere stops playing and goes out into the audience to fight someone, comes back onstage, and continues the song... :D
