plug-in similar to creative DREAM
 

Does anybody know of or could develop a plug-in that could do the same job as the Creative DREAM feature of an Extigy Sound Card?
Basically, if you're not familiar with it, you choose the speed (slow, fast, stationary) of high, mid and low frequency and whether it spins anti-clockwise or not, and then it rotates around the speakers, creating a cool swirling effect!
