Switching input device

Hi, I am the owner of http://radio.pacific5.com and I have been having some shoutcast problems such as, when I try to talk on the mic (when I switch the input device to "soundcard") and when I change it back to winamp the encoder settings go to 24kbps. They are supposed to be at 128kbps. Also whenever I try to talk (switch the input device) it reconnects to the server.

Known bug using encoder 1, use encoder 2 and that will fix your problem, and yes it is in the FAQ.
