Title Pop Up (Picture Included)

Does anyone know what is causing the highlighted window to pop up when I change tracks? If so, how do i disable it?

/edit: All is well. It was apparently a part of the skin I was using. Mods, lock at will.

Thats actually a feature of Winamp but some skins take control of it even if it is disabled in the preferences
