Quick update.

There is no time schedule for the following, but there is a very high probability that updates will be put in place that would affect user titles. This may or may not cause CTs to be reset, but until said updates are in place, I won't be granting any more CT requests. Like I said, I'm not sure when these updates will occur, so please don't expect anything really soon. Sorry everyone.

They arn't going to be this month, and thats all I know.

there will be no different styles. There will be ONE substyle which will be a totally horizontal expandable design.

Its not about migrating, which as you say is quite simple. Its about the fact that what titles will contain will change, and rather than go through and edit them all, it may just be easier to drop them all and start again (this may include opening up titles for users to edit themselves depending on some karmic/postcount combination)

I have a day job, and do this in my own time. Any update will occur as and when I have completed everything.

vBulletin 2 upgrades will occur seperately as and when required.

I still don't really get it, but that's fine. If the very nature of titles are changing, then I can see how it's quite possible that migating would be a suboptimal solution. I just can't see how a title format could change much.

i dont forsee it really changing all that much at all. like i said, its ever more likely that ill just go through as part of the upgrade and "correct" those titles which no longer fit the hole, whatever that hole may now be.

The reason I cant go into more detail is simply because its as of yet undecided what will be changed. The goal will be to clarify who plays what roles on the forums, who is who on the forums, or more generally, who is the good, who is the bad, and who is the downright ugly :D
