.pls HELP please......
 

I have downloaded everything from SHOUTcast and the winamp player, and installed it properly (i think).

It says im conected in winamp shoutcast plugin but when i tried to see if poeple could listen i typed.....

http://MY IP ADDRESS:8000/listen.pls

then it came up with "page cannot be displayed"...?????

do you need any other service or program to broadcast, or is this enough?
