RE: Winamp version 5.04

I just updated to the newest version because a message came up saying how much better it was so I fell for it, now whenever I click on the "radio" link, it takes me nowhere, and I no longer have access to what I had with my older player.

Can someone please help me just get my radio back!!!!!!!!

Pete

One or more of the following
  • Clear the Internet cache
MS Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options... > General tab > click the 'Delete Files' button under "Temporary Internet Files"
    -or-
Control Panel > Internet Options icon > General tab > click the 'Delete Files' button under "Temporary Internet Files"
  • Make sure Winamp's 'Internet Connection' settings correctly reflects your internet connection. Ctrl+P > General Preferences
  • Do you have a firewall? If so, is it configured to allow Winamp full access? Same may apply for a privacy/content protector. The access settings may have to be reset or reconfigured after upgrading/reinstalling Winamp.
  • Close down Windows and reboot the computer.
No luck? Please provide system specs as described here. Where are you clicking from the Internet Radio section of the ML or from a Listen link at a radio page like SHOUTcast?
