Registration Key Not Available
 

I bought my copy of Pro a couple of hours ago, but the confirmation shows that the Registration Key is "Not available".

When I received the confirmation email about 20 minutes later it was also "Not available".

I've tried the customer support site, enter my order number and that shows "Not available".

If I try and log in with the email address that I received the confirmation email at, i'm told the email is not recognised.

If I try and get my account password sent again then the email is not recognised.


So what the hell is going on here, looks like i've been charged but have no registration key or any way to get it. I want to rip some tracks right now and i'm not happy.
