Raise the code yellow to ORANGE!
Well, me and my old school mouse have had some pretty good memories...headshots through walls in CS...It's pretty ragged now and the brand name is "Key Tronic". Got that way on account of my birds always nibbling at the cord. The scroll wheel hardly works anymore.
SO: What mouse should I get? I was thinking this: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...104-127&depa=0 Nothing too fancy, and no M$. [I just realized that the name of this thread makes no sense.] |
go for it. it looks like a good mouse.

don't let the birds eat it this time though.

I've always thought this mouse looked cool.

Anything from the Logitech MX series is good. They're precise, high-resolution, and feature-rich (the higher-end models with more buttons).
|
Why not a Microsoft mouse? I bought an IntelliMouse Explorer one or two years ago and love it. It developed a fault sometime, I just called MS (which cost me nothing) and they immediately sent me a new mouse. Their hardware customer support is great!

Go optical ... great for gaming.

go cordless.
no hanging cords and no birds chewing through it. |
I bought a Logitech Marble Mouse for the office - lack of desk space. I loved it so much, I bought one for my home system and for each of my kid's systems. Right now you can get one for $15.

Not bad for less than 20 bucks. |
