Playlist sort number enumeration format
Two qualifiers first:
1) I guessed at the term "playlist sort numbers", not sure exactly what they're called. If I got the name wrong, forgive my ignorance. 2) The usual "I searched first, didn't find it, etc" apology. So... In the Playlist Editor, is there a way to change the sort number enumeration format from "1.,2." to either " 1., 2." (note the leading blank space) or "01.,02." to clean up the display of the first 9 (and possibly first 99) entries? Examples, in case I haven't explained myself well. - Current 9. Black Star - Definition 10. Black Star - ReDefinition ... 99. Black Star - Respiration (feat. Common & Conunon) 100. Black Star - Thieves in the Night - With Leading Zeros 09. Black Star - Definition 10. Black Star - ReDefinition ... 009. Black Star - Definition 099. Black Star - Respiration (feat. Common & Conunon) 100. Black Star - Thieves in the Night - With Leading Blank Spaces -9. Black Star - Definition 10. Black Star - ReDefinition ... --9. Black Star - Definition -99. Black Star - Respiration (feat. Common & Conunon) 100. Black Star - Thieves in the Night (replace hyphens with spaces, the message board software automatically strips leading spaces and truncates two or more continuous spaces to a single space) And while I'm asking, if this can not currently be done, does anyone know if the request has been made already? Rejected? Thanks. |
I belive that padding the Playlist entry numbers with 0's is in the wishlist
Yes it is: Playlist Editor option to pad playlist numbers with zeros, eg. 0001 - 1000 |
Thanks much, that answers both parts of my question.
