Winamp In Italian Language

Hi, I'm a new user of winamp and I'd like to know if exists the possibility to download an italian extension of winamp because my english is not so good.

there is http://www.winamp.com/plugins/details.php?id=139123 though it's only for 5.02 and i've no idea if there's been an update or not
