editing the same information on several files?

as the topic says, i'm wondering if there's a way to edit the same type of information (e.g. genre) without having to go through each individual song

Use the Media Library and select the item(s) and Right click -> Edit selected items (Ctrl+E). It will only work for artist, title, album, comment, track no, genre and year.

Enqeue selection
Send to:
-----------------
Remove items
Crop items
-----------------
View file info...

and i just installed .04 from .03

Not in the Playlist section, in the Local media section.

the 'edit selected items' option is only available in the media library VIEWS, not in the playlists

[edit]

FYI, if you look at the attchment, this is where it should be. Make sure you are doing it in a media view not bookmars or ML playlists.

[EDIT] Damn attachment size limits, making me get another screenshot.
