Bitch?! LMAO!

I don't ever remember having to tell my computer what my gender was, anyways.

Jesus... How could they have gotten it so wrong!? I dont see how they could have made this worse...
|
Maybe it was for dogs too...

*shrug*
No big deal for Microsoft. This is the company that released the Xbox in Japan on the anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing, with the catchy tagline that translated to "Dishonour Your Ancestors". Compared to that, insulting half your userbase is small potatoes. |
Oh god...that's even better.

Someone needs to pay the MS Translators more! ^_^

although I'm no MS advocate, many spanish dialects take different nouns to refer to different things. This particular idiocy in the language refers to I believe hambra, which is the female counterpart to hombre. In some places, hambra is slang for bitch.

Actually, it's hembra. Here in peru people refer to girlfriends as hembras ("females") when they want to refer to them with a slight suggestion that they are objects rather than people.
That article reminded me of when Mitsubishi launched the Pajero SUV. Pajero means "wanker" in Peruvian Spanish slang. They had to change it to Montero. |
