Multilanguage display of IDv3 Tag on Playlist / Media Library

Any idea how to show correct text display of IDv3 tag according it's original language on PL/ML ?
The attached image shows selected song title display unreadable, which is originaly a chinese simplified text in unicode. |
Winamp is not a unicode program therefore it will not display unicode characters correctly, natively that is. Ther are already ways to make it display unicode characters, a search will provide the answer. But since you will not manage to find the correct links, here:

Use Foobar2000. It doesn't have the cool winamp skin, but at least it can read files whose names are in Unicode, and can display Unicode tag without problem.
