Sounds Files playing on Song Advance
I have a odd situation that I couldn't find a solution for elsewhere in the forum.
As I'm playing songs in my playlist, every time it progresses to the next song, the system plays the window's default beep sound. I'lve looked all through Preferences and can't seem to find anywhere to turn this off! Does anyone have any suggestions? Dave |
Is the Media Library open?
If so, right click on Now Playing (Media Library > left pane) and uncheck: "allow media to auto switch to this view" The equivalent setting in Prefs is: Prefs > Media Library > Library Options: Checkmark: Do not allow media to auto switch to Now Playing. Or, if you want to use this feature, go to: Windows Sounds Control Panel and set "Windows Explorer: Start Navigation" sound to "none". |
