Dialup is dirty, even my parents are slowly understanding that now when our last phone bill came. I'll work hard to get it even worse, if I don't have broadband at christmas.

Also be sure to tell your parents all kinds of horror stories abour dialers and that the only way to be totally safe from them is a broadband connection.

I won't be able to fool them with that... I'm the one who teached them to use anti-viruses, firewalls, adawares and firefoxes and to unplug the modem cables after every use (i must do that, my usb modem disables power management on my computer), they see me as an authority in computer security questions in our family, so won't believe I will suddendly become more stupid. :D
